Jessica is an alumna of the 2004 NASA Academy at Ames Research Center. In May 2005, she graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering. During her undergraduate years, she completed four co-op tours at NASA Johnson Space Center. In fall 2005, she will be attending the Master of Science in Space Studies program at International Space University in Strasbourg, France. She enjoys martial arts (iaido, aikido, and kung fu), wildlife rehabilitation, pop culture, supporting space exploration, and learning about languages and cultures.
